FAFU intends to facilitate the creation and strengthening of referral systems and relevant networks for effective delivery of desired services to slum children in urgent need situations. This includes Medicare, legal assistance, education placement and sponsorship, counseling, rehabilitation and integration of child workers, advice at help lines, and help desks.
