FAFU’s Board of Directors are responsible for FAFU’s policy guidelines and management of FAFU affairs. The Board contains:
- The chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Treasurer
- Secretary/Executive Director
- Other members
FAFU’s Executive Director (who is also the Secretary to the Board) is accountable to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization.
Professional staffs assigned to specific programs, personnel, and accounts management are responsible to the Executive Director, while support staff will be serving in their different sections. FAFU also encourages services of volunteers in its many areas of services.
